2. What We Do
Plan the Purchase provides personalized travel planning and purchase guidance services, including:

- Purchase decision analysis for major commitments such as DVC membership
- Interactive web tools to assist with financial modeling of travel-related purchases
We are a planning and advisory service. We do not act as a licensed travel agency, airline, hotel, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not take custody of any travel funds on your behalf.
3. No Booking or Reservation Services
Plan the Purchase does not book flights, hotels, tours, theme park tickets, or other travel products on your behalf. All bookings are made directly by you with the relevant travel providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party travel supplier.
4. Pricing and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to verify the pricing of all recommendations included in your itinerary at the time of delivery. However, travel prices, hotel rates, park ticket costs, and product availability are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that any price quoted in your itinerary will remain available at the time you make your booking. We recommend booking as soon as possible after receiving your plan.
5. AI-Assisted Planning
Our intake process uses an AI assistant to collect your planning preferences. The information you share during this interview is used solely to prepare your personalized plan and is reviewed by a human advisor before delivery. Itineraries are not generated solely by AI — they are human-reviewed and curated.
Responses from the AI assistant during the intake interview are informational and do not constitute a commitment, quote, or guaranteed availability of any travel product or service.
6. No Obligation
Submitting a request through our intake form does not obligate you to purchase or book any travel product or service. There is no fee to receive an itinerary or purchase analysis from Plan the Purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plan the Purchase and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Price changes by third-party travel providers after your itinerary is delivered
- Cancellations, delays, or changes by airlines, hotels, or attractions
- Losses arising from travel decisions made based on our planning recommendations
- Any inaccuracies in the purchase analysis tools (including the DVC calculator)
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved through use of our services.
